Refund Policy

 

At Expal Innovations, we provide digital services including website development, redesign, optimization, and related digital solutions. Because our services involve time, effort, and digital delivery, refunds are handled according to the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet been started.

  • The project cannot be completed due to reasons solely attributable to Expal Innovations.

  • Duplicate payment or incorrect billing.

Once the project work has started, refunds may not be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Website design and development

  • Website redesign services

  • Website optimization services

  • Maintenance plans

  • Any custom development or consultation services

These services require immediate allocation of resources and development time.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service work has not started.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The project has started but not reached a major milestone.

  • Only part of the service has been delivered.

In such cases, the refund amount will be determined based on the work completed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued through the original payment method.
